I have enjoyed “Golden Flame” for several years and it has not disappointed. We have tried a lot of their sauces, not the top ones on their capsaicin list, I respect those brave souls, definitely stop by, place your order and watch a game while you enjoy your wings and fries. I am not a drinker but you are able to enjoy a few glasses of beer or wine (I think) I stick with soda or water. You will not regret it!
I’m honestly surprised this place isn’t packed every time I visit. The wings are incredibly delicious—and huge! I was never a big fan of BBQ wings, but whatever they do with their sauce is on a whole different level. The price gave me pause at first, but you definitely get what you pay for. The fries are great too; try them with garlic and Cajun seasoning. Even the leftovers are fantastic the next day. Their specials are solid, and the customer service is always excellent. If you haven’t been yet, you need to check this place out!
Delicious wings, good value, nice venue. Fries could have been more crisp but still super tasty. Would highly recommend garlic parmesan and lemon pepper wings.
Delicious wings, flavours are bold and amazing. Highly recommend this place. Manager was very friendly and helped us make choices. Was able to get extra crispy as well! I had the Tango Mango and it was very good. I had the Shanghai sizzle as well and it was equally as tasty. I had garlic habanero fries which were tasty and had a little kick, combined with the spicy ketchup it was an awesome combo. We finished doff with a fried Twinkie for dessert and the fry batter used combined with the Twinkie gave it a very sweet and delicious flavour. Military discount is offered. Plenty of tables inside and outside. Bathrooms were very well maintained. Lots of TVs to watch any and all sports programming or reality TV. I will definitely be coming back.
By far the best damn wings I've had. They got to me fast, still hot. Fries were crispy. The wing were cooked extra crispy liked I asked. The sauces were on point and their ranch is the best. The veggies were fresh too. I'll never order wings from anywhere else now. Every wing was very meaty.
Very amicable staff — nice guy. Order took a bit to arrive, but the food was hot and good. The package deals with six wings, fries, and a drink are just right for me, especially including some complimentary carrots, celery, and ranch. Very many sauce flavors and heat levels to choose from. I’ll expect I’ll be back.
Food was not cooked to order. Specifically asked for wings extra crispy and fries crispy. When I picked up I even opened the containers so the steam didnt make them soggy. Wings were not cooked crispy so to have asked for extra crispy is wild. Fries are normally my favorite from here but were completely soggy. When I called to tell them about my order they told me to bring the wings back so they could put them back in the fryer very unsanitary…..
First time here - I don’t like hidden valley ranch, you know the type, and sauce is half the meal for wings. Not a fan of how the fries are made either, where they freshly fry. There’s a science to a good French fry, soaking in water over night, and the starch. Because they aren’t uniform, some parts weren’t cooked. Also was barely salted. For me it was middle of the road, but decent. Sauce was good though - spicy was actually hot, like advertised.
Walked into GFHWings and was greeted immediately with friendly conversation. Ordered our food and it arrived within a few minutes. We ordered the 6 pieces bone in golden flame and 6 piece boneless Colorado fancy with a side of onion rings and mile high fries. We also got the cheese curds with garlic Parmesan. Everything was fresh and delicious!
We got a mix of bone in wings and boneless, cheese fries, fried pickles, fried shrimp in their Cool Flicker sauce, and some funnel fries. The boneless wings we got in garlic Parmesan and they were remarkably small. The bone in wings we got 10 each in spicy lemon pepper and Cool Flicker buffalo sauce. The spicy lemon pepper weren’t spicy and very salty. The flavor of the Cool Flicker sauce was good and was good on both the wings and the fried shrimp. The cheese fries were a disappointment and we hadn’t realized that it would just be nacho cheese, otherwise we wouldn’t have ordered it. The fried pickles were good. The funnel fries were pretty good but didn’t hit the spot if you’re craving funnel cake. Everything on the menu is pretty pricey and very salty. We’re sure there are better wing places elsewhere.
Just delish wings and fries! Get the Golden Flame sauce, so yummy! 😋 The Aurora location has been remodeled since I was there last and it is SO much nicer now! They even have better ranch (which used to be just gross) now so that’s good! But I do recommend using blue cheese for your fries instead! My mouth is watering just remembering how good it is! My lunch mark was close to $25 so it is a little expensive but was a nice treat!
Swung through Golden Flame Hot Wings - Parker, CO on Sunday afternoon and ordered the $50 deal for 20 wings, huge order of fries, and a pitcher of beer! The Cool Flicker is my favorite wing flavor followed up by Garlic Habanero. The staff is always so nice and this is a great spot to watch any sports on all the screens they have.
Went in for the first time it was noon on a Thursday wasn’t busy at all ordered a couple of meals to go. Spoke with the owner and another gentleman at the counter they were extremely friendly and helpful with ordering the first time. This place has tons of options for wings as well as other stuff. We ordered a couple of wing meals with fries and a drink. We got Teriyaki as well as garlic wings extra crispy. They were great!!! We also ordered the garlic fresh cut fries which were good as well. Definitely would recommend to try this place out. We will be back for sure!!
