Great wing spot in Golden. Lots of variety of flavors and wings are cooked just right. Recommend the dry rub, lemon pepper and golden. Wait staff are very approachable and gives great recommendations. Place is very spacious but the parking lot is tiny. Thankfully there is a lot of street parking. Go for lunch, probably the best time.
Awesome wings. Their name says it all! The wings are cooked to perfection and properly sauced. Grab a paper towel and beer from their great craft choices. Ask about the rotating sauce too. Clean restroom and nice sitting area. Servers are super friendly and kids are welcome. Don’t ask for celery or carrots! Oh, probably the best onion rings on the planet too.
Let me be very clear — this might be the best wing restaurant in Denver. And as someone who has traveled through many states, I can honestly say it might even be one of the best in the entire U.S. This is my third visit, and every single time I leave completely impressed. The wings are perfectly crispy on the outside but not dry at all — juicy and well-cooked on the inside. The sauces are amazing, and every flavor is truly delicious. The staff is wonderful, and I’m pretty sure the owner might even be working alongside them. You should definitely give this place a try.
The Best Pizza in Colorado! Yes, they are known for their wings….But walk in on Monday or Thursday nights for some pizza that will take you back to Chicago. I ordered the ‘Capone’ today. Enjoy the crowd, make friends in line, watch some football and be served by one of the Greatest Staffs in the industry. For dessert, have some of the best wings around! Wash it all down with one their great craft brews on tap. Go early-the secret’s out!
Long time passer-by, first time goer. Came to this GREAT restaurant on a Friday evening for an early dinner as a party of four. Was very impressed with the food, attentive service, and laid-back, casual atmosphere of the place. I always favored deep fried wings, but this place grills its wings and, wow, they are good this way too! Several sauces to choose from on the menu, and they also have chicken tenders if you're not into traditional wings. Other apps and shareables as well. Wings seemed a bit small, but maybe that's because they're grilled... I dunno. Good sized free parking in the adjacent parking lot. Overall a great experience and looking forward to return visit!
I’d been looking forward to this spot, and it did not disappoint. The wings were smoky, tender, and downright addictive—so good they made you want to savor every bite right down to the bone. The chicken was seasoned perfectly, bold but never overwhelming, and every sauce had the right balance of sweet, zesty, and flavorful. The Cajun cauliflower was a surprise hit—full of Louisiana flair without being overpowering. On top of the great food, the atmosphere sealed the deal. Everyone loved my Chicago gear, and I found out they put the Bears game on when the Broncos aren’t playing. Much respect to the Broncos, but I’m a Chicago fan through and through, so that made me feel right at home. This place is simply amazing, and I can’t wait to come back.
We ordered wings and tenders. Unfortunately, I didn’t know the sauce would be too spicy for me, but they kindly gave me new wings free of charge. But the sauce was very good from what I tasted. The servers are very kind and the food was excellent !
We went to King of Wings for the first time this weekend, and we definitely will come back! The service was amazing, our server was a total sweetheart and made our experience very pleasant and enjoyable. • I really liked the Cajun fries, the seasoning reminded me of the five guys fries. I wish we’d tried the onion rings- a table next to our got them and they looked delicious! • The wings were veryyy saucy, which I liked. They were on the smaller end, which we appreciated because they had a more natural feel and texture. I didn’t really taste a huge difference between the sauces we got, except for the bourbon buffalo- which was my favorite! It was sweet with a mild heat. The other sauces we got were the agave lime, pineapple habanero and mild buffalo. These 3 seemed very similar in flavor to me, but delicious either way! • Overall, I think this place was really good and I would highly recommend you check it out if you’re visiting Golden.
Went on a Tuesday, they were only serving burgers. Wings are Wednesday through Sunday. Had a huge craving and really wanted to try the wings. Service people were really nice and great, but it was a waste of driving 15 minutes out of my way for wings and Hot chicken. I may revise my review when and IF I return to try the WINGS at king of wings. I don't know anything about burger quality. Was too disappointed. It would be better to have both options all week. Beer options looks great, didn't try any, but I appreciate the selection.
Absolutely loved everything about this place! I will definitely become a regular! The wings were phenomenal! We tried several different flavors, but the Bourbon Buffalo was my favorite! The pickle shots were even delicious. The bathrooms were clean, the service was great, and everyone was so kind and helping. Top tier wings, sauces, service. The prices were even decent for the portion sizes. My best advice is to try as many flavors as you can. You won't be disappointed!
