I frequent here often but when manager/owner is in the service sucks. The wings are normally perfect but, I went in today and they gave me no sauce on the wings and then when I said something instead of let me get you more sauce it's let me charge you for extra sauce is what I get. I didn't want extra sauce I just wanted the sauce I paid 50 dollars for. As a business owner myself I'd rather not have the food if the service is like this.

Food was okay. The wrap was small for its price. The wings were pretty crispy but not great flavor. However, we ordered fries and the were way too crispy like a rock. When we called the manager, she came to our table to feel them. Keep in mind the fries were chilli fries so they were soggy by that point and she treated us like we were liars. If you want bad quality food and to be treated as a delusional person come here.

Delicousssss. Ordered pick up the other day for a weekday lunch and they did not disappoint!! I love the natural flaky crunch to the onion rings without that heavy grease feeling. My Boyfriend got wings but devoured the plate before I could take a proper review photo 😅😭 the burger was perfectly seasoned and juicy. My only comment would be how fat the tomato slice was but not the end of the world. Although I was only there for a brief moment, The inside had a nice welcoming atmosphere and genuinely friendly servers. Will be ordering again.

I placed an order for 40 wings, large fry, and 4 sides of ranch that came out to $70. We placed our order at 8:39pm and arrived to pay at 8:54pm and our order was already ready. After returning home and seeing the wings we could immediately tell they were under cooked. We decided to try one each just to discover they tasted just how they looked, undercooked. The fries were soggy with no flavor. I called immediately to return the order but they were closed and was informed to call the next day to speak with the manager Jessica. Fast forward to today, I called and spoke with Jessica and explained the situation and how we still had 38 wings and the fries because we did not eat them, and willing to return them for a full refund. She informed me that their wings are now bigger due to supply issues and they have to cook their wings for longer in order to get them crispy. Obviously due to the time they closed on a Sunday (9pm) and the time I ordered (8:39pm) they were not able to fulfill that requirement. I asked her how long it takes to make the wings and she responded “15 mins for an order of 15 wings.” I explained how I ordered 40 wings and they were ready prior to their 15 min requirement for 2x’s the amount. After that she was very rude and said she will no longer listen to my complaints and identified me explaining my customer service experience as arguing although I had been nothing but respectful the whole time. Once I heard her getting an attitude with me i informed her I would dispute it with his bank instead. When I let her know that she got completely silent and I told her to have a nice day. This is the manager/owner. Not only is the customer service trash but the food is also. Being active duty military I know this is not how you conduct business Please take a look at the photos
