** Came back a 2nd time...... still not better! First time visiting this restaurant off of a recommendation from a customer of my work place. The atmosphere was quiet, low music playing in the background. When I walked in there was no one eating. There were 4 people in the restaurant and all were waiting on their food. They were running a lunch special where you get 1/2 or 1lb plus side and drink for $11 or $17 respectively. It took me a minute to decide on what I wanted so I stepped out to take a call and then came back in. I ordered the $17 lunch special, 2 wing flavors and curly fries. I then waited while drinking some delicious Jones soda. Most people get indulged in their phone while waiting so I can see why no one notices that it takes 20 minutes for an order on average. 20 mins for a small restaurant with almost no one in the restaurant is unreasonable. If you have all the time in the world to wait for your food then this place isnt a bad place to eat. But if you expect your food to be served in a reasonable amount of time and for them to respect those with jobs to get back to, pass on this place. I hope they do a study on ticket times and do something to improve it. I stopped by a 2nd time to give them the benefit of doubt, and their service didn't improve! Do not go here unless you dont want your time respected! They dont respect your time! They act like it's normal to wait almost 20 minutes for 20 wings.
Tasty food, good service, pretty generic wings. We had the 2-pounder with sides and 2 beers. Like most places that have way too many flavors, the wings are probably oven baked and then they just slather the finished wings in whatever flavor you pick. I had 'Buffalo Hot' and it was Franks's pretty warm. Again, no complaints on the food or the service but, alas, it was a $60 lunch with a modest tip. 3 stars for the service because it was just fine for fast-food level service. 5 stars for the atomosphere as they are at the end of a strip center and offer a little shaded outdoor area to wait for your food with a glass a beer and time for a smoke without anyone bothering you. I'd go back!
They got a pretty good special during lunch! The wings are pretty juicy. Not the biggest pieces but they are definitely good. They are well seasoned, the fries are pretty good too. Told them to add some Cajun seasoning and sheesh it was really good with the ranch!
Atmosphere is nice. The seating inside is quiet, cooled, and comfortable. The seating outside is shaded, open, and quiet. Service is generally good. The food was not great. One of the wings had a smell to the meat, one wing had things sticking out of it like the feathers. Lemon pepper didn't have much of a strong flavor, unlike other locations I've been to. The mild buffalo was better and was dipped well in sauce, but the chicken itself wasn't flavorful. The appetizers weren't any better. Although the fries seemed seasoned, they weren't flavorful, and we're a bit overcooked maybe? The fried pickles didn't have much of a flavor to the batter. The ranch was okay. I expected much better because it's been rated as nunber one. I'm really disappointed in the food unfortunately.
