I eat at Mudrocks somewhat regularly, as it's close to me and they have just really solidy consistent wings. For this review, I visited on a late Wednesday afternoon.
The Wings
The wings at Mudrocks are consistent and always really solid. They're not super crispy, but they're pretty good overall. The sauce is very traditional — just classic buffalo, which I appreciate. My main gripe is that they're a bit light on the sauce. If they had more sauce, these would be excellent. As it stands, they're dependable and satisfying, but they could be elevated with a heavier hand on the sauce application. If you ask for extra sauce, the staff will happily oblige, and that pushes these into 3.9 or 4.0 territory.
